Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 30 full days before the local check‑in time.

To receive a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 15 full days before the check‑in time.

If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued; the remaining 50% simply will not be charged.

If the guest cancels less than 14 days before arrival or decides to leave early after check‑in, unused nights are non‑refundable.
